1. For the customers which have entered into a Long-term Partnership Agreement with us, we will start translation after the customer signs and faxes back the Translation Confirmation faxed to it by us. The expenses of already fulfilled orders will be settled on a monthly basis.

2. For the customers which have not entered into a Long-term Partnership Agreement with us, the customer is required to sign a Translation Contract or Interpretation Contract. The expenses will be settled on a case by case basis.

3. At your request, we can sign the Confidentiality Agreement with regard to each case.

Note: If the total translation price of your documents exceeds RMB 10,000 and you have not signed a Long-term Partnership Agreement with us, you have to prepay 40% of the total price and then we will start translation.
